We went to Union City last weekend. It was nice to celebrate Dad's birthday, go to the lake, and pick in the garden. We went to the same spot as last year and it is so peaceful. There are only a few other people nearby and are usually just walking past. I felt like we had the lake to ourselves. It was a little too cold and windy to get into the water but we had a nice picnic on the beach.
